We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be a 50% fee charged to the card on file. If you do not inform us of the need to cancel or reschedule and fail to arrive to the appointment, also known as a "no-call, no-show," 50% of the price of the service(s) scheduled will be charged to the card on file. If you are 10 minutes or more late to the scheduled appointment, your appointment will include a late fee or be canceled with a fee of the full service price depending on scheduling. If you're going to be late, please inform us with a message to avoid a no-call, no-show cancelation.
